1. Friday evening and Saturday conference sessions with Kay
a. Session #1, Friday 7-9pm

(Doors will open 25 minutes prior to each session.)
2. Saturday Breakfast break with light breakfast foods (bagels, muffins, yogurt, orange juice,coffee, water)
3. A box lunch after the last session: sandwich on ciabatta bread (choice or roasted turkey with Colby jack cheese OR black forest ham and Swiss cheese) with pasta salad, kettle chips, bottled water & chocolate chip cookie, OR a Southwest salad with chicken (gluten free), bottled water & chocolate chip cookie.
This registration is transferable in case you can’t attend. Refunds are no longer available.
PARKING – carpooling is encouraged!
- For those coming only for the conference, day parking is free. Just drive on in! Parking areas include:
o Parking lot near the Paradise Ballroom and the restaurants
o Directly off Vacation Road, to the left: The Model Boat Pond parking lot
o Directly off Vacation Road, to the right: North Cove parking lot
- For those spending the night and have booked a room, each room has its own private parking space. (Overnight parking included in our special rooms rate is $17. Otherwise the regular overnight parking rate is $38.)

Booking Your Room at Paradise Point

ROOM RATES PER NIGHT for a "Lanai Garden" room - INCLUDES ALL HOTEL FEES (Last day to book room reservation: March 15, 2019.)
- 4 per room: $70.85 each (room total: $283.38) + $17 parking per vehicle
- 3 per room: $86.93 each (room total: $260.80) + $17 parking per vehicle
- 2 per room: $119.11 each (room total: $238.23) + $17 parking per vehicle
- 1 per room: $238.23 + $17 parking per vehicle
These rates are based on a "Lanai Garden" room. It's possible that the above hotel rates may be slightly different due to variations in fees and taxes. Room changes/upgrades may incur additional cost.
OUR BLOCK OF "Lanai Garden" ROOMS INCLUDE:
- ALL FEES (taxes, resort fees)
- A discounted overnight self-parking rate of $17 per vehicle (regular rate: $38, per night per vehicle)
- A private parking space for each room
- Use of all resort amenities, including 5 pools
- All rooms include a mini-refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker
NOTE: When sharing a room, have one person purchase the room reservation than the others separately pay their share to her.

- You are welcome to upgrade your room, yay! But honestly, the Lanai Garden rooms are awesome, and are the main kind of rooms available at Paradise Point.

ROOM CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
- Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. But if arriving a little early, guests are welcome to inquire at the front desk to find out if their room is available before 4 p.m, store their bags at the front desk and even get a key for the pools! (There are 5 pools at Paradise Point.)
- Check-out time is 11 a.m. For easy check-out, in-room checkout is what we suggest, thus no need to go to the Front Desk.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION:
1. Your credit card holds your online room reservation. Your credit card will be charged when you check out of your room.
2. Paradise Point cancellation policy "requires a 7 days prior to arrival cancellation to avoid one night room and tax penalty" charges to the credit card on file.
